Copyright

Version of 9 October 2026. We respect other people's rights in texts, photos and other material and ask our users to do the same.

What belongs to the site

The name, logo, design and software code of vietforru.com belong to the site owner. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission. You are free to link to our pages.

What belongs to users

The texts and photos of listings belong to whoever created them. By posting, the user confirms that they are the author or have permission to use the material, and grants the site the right to display it as described in the terms of use. Do not post other people's photos from other sites or pictures from the internet without the owner's permission.

Automatic translation and resized copies

To make listings easy to read, the site may resize photos and translate text into another language. This is done only for display on the site and does not transfer any rights to us.

How to report an infringement

If you believe a listing infringes your rights, write to us via the “Contact” page with the subject “Copyright” and include:

1) a link to the listing; 2) what exactly is infringed (photo, text, logo) and a link to the original or other proof that the material is yours; 3) your name and a contact for the reply; 4) a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorised and that the information in your notice is accurate.

What we do after a notice

We review the notice within a reasonable time. If the infringement is confirmed, the disputed material is hidden or deleted and the author of the listing is told why. If the author of the listing believes the material is theirs, they can contact us with proof; we then handle the dispute with both sides. False notices may lead to blocking of the sender.

Repeat infringers

Accounts with several confirmed infringements of other people's rights may be blocked.

Listings gathered from public sources

If your listing or photo appeared on the site not through you and you want it removed, use the “Remove my listing” page: we will take it down and will not show it again.
