1. About the site

vietforru.com is a free classifieds board for Russian-speaking residents and visitors in Vietnam. The site provides a place to post and search listings. It does not sell goods or services, is not a party to deals between users, does not take payments for them and does not pre-check every listing.

2. Account

You do not need an account to browse. To post a listing, message a seller or keep favourites, you log in with your email (one-time code) or Telegram. You must be at least 18. You are responsible for everything done from your account, so never share login codes. One person — one account.

3. What you can post

Housing for rent or sale, transport, jobs and CVs, services, goods, tours, events and social posts in Vietnam. One listing — one item or service, in a suitable category. Give a real price, city and working contacts. Photos must show the actual item, not someone else's.

4. What is not allowed

Scams, blind prepayment, fake listings and fake reviews.

Drugs, weapons, sexual services, gambling, pyramid schemes, forged documents and anything illegal under Vietnamese law.

Spam, duplicates, mass or automated posting, advertising of other sites and links instead of a description.

Other people's personal data and photos of people without their consent, insults and incitement to hatred.

Trying to bypass the site's protection: scraping contacts, guessing codes, hacking, overloading the server.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to the texts and photos you publish and are responsible for them. By posting you allow the site to display and store the listing free of charge, resize photos, translate the text and show it in search and on the site's pages while it is published. Only post what you have the right to (see “Copyright”).

6. Moderation

Listings are checked automatically and by moderators. We may reject, hide or delete a listing, remove its contacts and block an account if the rules are broken or other users need protection. Scam reports are handled first; after three reports from trusted accounts a listing is hidden until reviewed. If you think we were unfair, contact us via the “Contact” page.

7. Contacts and messages

Sellers' phones and messengers are shown with the “Show contact options” button after an “I am not a robot” check. On-site messages are available only to sellers who have an account. Links and requests to pay outside the site are not allowed in messages. Never share your login code or card details with anyone, including people claiming to be support.

8. Safe deals

Do not prepay strangers, view housing and goods in person, check motorbike and car papers. Meet in public places: the listing page has “Safe places nearby” with cameras. The site does not guarantee the quality, legality or authenticity of goods and services or the honesty of users.

9. Removing a listing

If it is your listing and you do not want it here, press “This is my ad — remove it” under the description or use the “Remove my listing” page. Listings you posted through your account are deleted in “My listings” at once.

10. Paid features

Basic posting is free. Promotion (“Hot”, “Lite” and others) is paid with credits at the rates on the “Credits” page when this feature is enabled.

11. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for losses from deals between users, for inaccurate listings or for temporary outages. The site's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for breaking these terms and compensate damage caused to the site or third parties.

12. Changes and contact

We may change these terms; the new version takes effect when published on this page. Questions, complaints and copyright notices go through the “Contact” page.
